The Second Badlishah International Virtual Innovation Competition 2023 (BIVIC 2023) organised by Co-Curriculum Unit and Parent-Teacher Association of SMK Sultan Badlishah proudly offers a breakthrough moment for the creative inventors to receive remarkable recognition for your outstanding inventions and innovations. This distinguished platform is developed for the primary school, secondary school, matriculation, vocational, polytechnic, IPT, Research Institute, SME and International participants.

1.0 Each team comprises a MAXIMUM of 8 members, inclusive of a mentor.
2.0 Team members can come from different schools. However, all members must be of the same age group / category.
3.0 The 5-minute video (unlisted YouTube link of the video) on the innovation must include:
i. Title/Name of the innovation
ii. Name/s of innovator/s
iii. Organisation/s
iv. Scope
v. Description of the innovation (product/project)
vi. Novelty / Innovative features / Originality
vii. Impacts / Contributions / Benefit to mankind
viii. Commercialization prospect
ix. Recognition / publication (if relevant)
x. Intellectual property status (if relevant)
4.0 PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY participants must also submit the receipt of payment for each innovation/ entry. The receipt is to be uploaded in the registration/Google Form.
5.0 Deadline for the submission of video/entry: October 15, 2023.
